• Define vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes across a portfolio of products.
• Understand how to deliver capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to develop working relationships with senior executive leaders across Intuit.
• Raise the bar for PM talent on the team through mentorship and coaching of other PMs on tactical execution and strategy.
• Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices.
• Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action.
• Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate delivery through the use of AI & ML.Minimum Requirements
  • 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results that have critical customer and business impact.
  • Technical Product Management experience working with engineering; AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences is a plus.
  • Energized by working across multiple partnerships and strong influencing skills.
  • Excels at driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Insanely curious, with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration, or related field. An MBA is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
