- Salary: $75,000-$80,000 (commensurate with experience)The Young
Women's Choral Projects of San Francisco is seeking an experienced,
creative, and highly motivated individual to join our growing team!
Reporting to the Artistic Director and working collaboratively with
the Board of Directors and administrative team, the Development &
Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and
implementation of a comprehensive fundraising program, as well as
the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to
bolster recruitment and expand our active community.

out new trends and best practicesWhat you'll do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet
the organization's annual revenue goals
- Identify and cultivate major gift prospects, as well as
corporate and foundation donors
- Develop and implement various grant proposals
- Plan and execute special events that engage donors and raise
funds for the organization
- Develop and execute effective donor communications and
marketing materials
- Work closely with the Board of Directors and Artistic Director
to develop fundraising strategies and goals
- Monitor and analyze fundraising data to evaluate performance
and adjust strategies as neededMarketing & Recruitment
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all organization
communication strategies and social media
- Ensure the successful planning, strategy, and implementation of
marketing initiatives to increase enrollment
- Develop content for marketing and social media purposes as well
as for direct mail campaigns
- Responsible for overall branding, recruitment campaigns and
initiatives to increase enrollment
- Develop a PR strategy and work closely with contractors on
design and print for all aspects of the organization,
as well as working with ticketing providers and maintaining
marketing listsWhat you bring to the role:
- A Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business
administration, marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in nonprofit fundraising and
marketing
- Experience developing creative and effective design and
marketing to build brand profile and heighten organizational
visibility
- Knowledge of and proven success in marketing best
practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including
the ability to write compelling communications and marketing
materials
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for copy editing and
proofreading
- Experience with fundraising software and donor/CRM
databases
- Proficiency in MailChimp, Adobe CS, WordPress, digital media
including WordPress and social media platforms
- Comfortable with Google and social media analytics
- A professional and welcoming demeanor that makes you
comfortable
- interacting with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- A deep commitment to the mission and values of our
organization
