The Procurement and Purchasing Manager plays a critical role at HACA. Working closely with leadership, the Manager is responsible for:

• Analyzing, planning, directing, and managing purchasing and procurement processes for services, materials, supplies, and equipment;
• Conducting outreach and formal bidding processes;
• Ensuring regulatory compliance;
• Establishing effective policies and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective department.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills who operates in a highly collaborative and engaged manner.
