Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead
their marketing efforts in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies
across multiple channels
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth
opportunities
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to
align growth strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of marketing experience within a SaaS organization,
preferably in proptech
Prior startup experience is a significant advantage
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth
strategies
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision
making
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, with
Hubspot experience being a plus
