Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Community Association Manager
to oversee operations and ensure customer satisfaction for
community associations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide management and direction for a portfolio of community
associations, working closely with the Board of Directors
Conduct regular updates and reporting on community operations,
including financials and compliance issues
Build positive relationships with residents and oversee vendor
management to maintain community standards
Required Qualifications
MUST have Georgia HOA CAM license
Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs)
required
CAI designation(s) strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
Experience with budget development and financial oversight
