A company is looking for a Director, Business Process & Systems
Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and optimize core business processes and systems for
efficiency and scalability
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement integrated
business systems
Develop long-term strategies for process management and lead change
initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
7 to 10 years of experience in business process management or
systems design
Experience in leading business processes and system integrations of
acquisitions
Strong technical background with CRM, ERP, and enterprise business
systems
Proven experience in managing large-scale system implementations
and vendor management
