Job Description:
A company is looking for a UX Research Manager to lead and
support a team of design researchers in advancing product and
technology developments.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a collaborative and high-performing research
team
Identify research opportunities and oversee projects that inform
product development
Act as a strategic partner for organizational leaders, promoting
user-centered recommendations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing and developing UX researchers
3+ years of experience working with senior leadership
5+ years of experience conducting or overseeing UX research in
product-focused environments
Master's or PhD in a relevant field such as Human-Computer
Interaction or Psychology
Experience translating research into design and product
outcomes
