Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service and
collaboration
Provide analytics and insights to fundraising leaders and monitor
prospect pools
Identify and assign viable prospects for gift officer portfolios
and ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Seven or more years of experience in prospect research, management,
or related development fields
Experience in customer service
At least two years of experience managing direct reports
