Job Description:

  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP (roughly 3 to 4 weeks out with credentials) 6 months or longer
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Worksite Setting: all outpatient
  • Scope of Work: This is a primary care Adult Clinic with a focus on addiction medicine, and bridging meds. Patient population experiences homelessness, poverty, and addiction. 18+ years of age on all patients. 16-18 patients per day.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
    • Graduation from an accredited medical school
    • Possession of a valid California license & DEA as a physician
    • Possession of national Board Certification or Board Eligible in appropriate field
    • Possession of BLS/CPR certification
    • COVID vaccination with boosters
    • Must have addiction medicine experience & be comfortable treating for these medications
