- 1-2 consults/day
- 2-3 follow ups/day
- 8-10 consults/week
--- Support Staff: 3 APPs, 6 Physicians, 5 RNs, 3 Front Office Staff, 6 Radiation Therapists
--- Case Mix: All Cancer types in need of radiation therapy
--- Duties:
- Review medical records and prepare a consultation note prior to patients' visit to the Cancer Center
- Coordinate follow up care and services including imaging, medications, further testing
- Support patients' medical needs during treatment in coordination with the physician and staff nursing.
- Manage follow up visits post treatment and coordinate care
--- EMR: Aria and Cerner
--- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
--- Active CA License
--- BC
--- DEA
--- Clean Record
--- Radiation Tx Experience
--- Oncology Experience
--- COVID Vaccination
