Highering AI is looking for a strong Salesforce Developer with 5-10 years of experience in working on end to end CRM projects.

As a member of the Salesforce team, you are engaged for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall Salesforce strategy.
What You'll Need To Succeed

• Working with Business Analysts, architects and other developers to understand needs, collect requirements and develop solutions.
  
• Lead and manage the design, configuration, and deployment of medium complexity CRM modules for support, sales, marketing, and channels automation.
  
• Building solutions based on scalability and minimization of code.
  
• Supporting data management, user administration, analytics, and reporting.
  
• Partnering with international team members to provide support as needed.
  
• Design and implement solutions to automate development tasks, releases, and maintenance of SFDC.
  
• Streamline the existing integrations with SFDC.
  
  Basic Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Are you a Salesforce Administrator, Architect, Developer, Marketer, or Consultant?
    
  • Did you ever aim to become one of the Salesforce elite with becoming Salesforce-certified?
    
  • You have a BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
    
  • 5+ years SFDC configuration and custom development for several CRM modules.
    
  • SFDC experience with a focus on Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce and Lightning, proficiency in Salesforce lighting development.
    
  • Proficient in using tools like VS Code, migration tools, workbench and Data loader, Force.com IDE.
    
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in writing highly optimized Apex triggers and Classes.
    
  • Writing complex asynchronous processes on Salesforce Lightning platform without causing the recursion on processes.
    
  • Expert with Salesforce APIs, integrating Salesforce with third party systems, multiple business applications.
    
  • Experience with Force.com IDE, Data Loader, and Workbench.
    
  • Are Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, JQuery or other scripting languages child's play for you?
    
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing SFDC cross-organization along with cross-instance integration in support of multiple business process environments CRM domain knowledge with relevance to retail industry and marketing channels.
    
  • Experience with Marketo or similar email marketing platforms.
    
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders/partners.
