Job Description:
We are actively seeking someone who has excellent customer
service/call center experience. If you possess excellent

Looking for a customer service candidate, potential temp to hire
for the right person. This candidate will handle all aspects of
customer service plus maintain all of the in-house procedures which
involves updating all controlled documents and conducting internal
audits, quarterly and annual meetings to discuss the overall
effectiveness of the quality system. The successful candidate will
then be the Lead Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service and
preferably experience in a call center. Will be responsible for
speaking with customers, and field staff regarding client needs.
Will be making both inbound and outbound calls.
Requirements:
o General customer service, multi phone lines, typing/data entry,
ability to work independently as well as with supervision, slow and
fast paced environments which would include multi-tasking
o Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
o Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
