client for an initial 20 hour a week job? This opportunity
has the potential to "scale up" in hours and can potentially

Essential Functions:
• Provides technical support to Mac end users on a variety of
issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Mac hardware and software
issues.
• Performs applications and software tests to confirm stability and
functionality.
• Documents/updates inventory information/assigns assets to users
in inventory database.
• Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure timely
resolution.
• Maintains, upgrades and/or replaces computer hardware and
software
• Maintains and replaces consumables for color laser and inkjet
office printers.
• Maintains and manages warranty and service agreement information
(AppleCare).
• Coordinates hardware repairs.
• Liaison with technical staff to identify and resolve
network/cross platform issues.
• Coordinates orders/handles shipping/receiving computer
hardware/software/supplies.
• Images and sets up desktops and laptops for users.
• Understand and coordinate with the technical needs of the
Creative, Photo Studios and Business Systems teams.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding hardware such as additions,
moves and changes to peripherals.
• Provide equipment and software application training for
users.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge.
