Administrative Assistant Job Opportunity in San
Francisco!
Our client, an industry leader in the financial space, is looking
for a superstar Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Duties include:
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice
President, senior managers, practice managers and Customer
Experience (CX) team (100 +)
• Heavy calendar management for multiple senior executives
that have complex and ever-changing schedules over multiple time
zones
• Client- interface (schedule meetings, ghost emails, follow
up).
• Coordinate travel, as-needed, and expense reports
• Completion of information requests and performing clerical
functions, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors,
and arranging conference calls
• Invoice processing
• Provides support for larger projects managed by others.
• May also help with floor responsibilities and help other team
with on-boarding, etc.
• Acts as an information source on CX team policies and
procedures
• Coordinate all special events or office functions.
• May work closely with both internal and external customers to
meet their service needs.
Qualifications/Experience:
• 3 + years administrative support experience
• Great communication, follow-up and follow-thru
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to foresee issues, problem solve with little or no
direction, organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work
activities with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage projects, work under pressure, and consistently
make deadlines
• Uses initiative and judgment within established guidelines
• Tech savvy, ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise for PC
and Mac’s
• Onboarding and logistics
