Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Operations Manager - End User
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team providing IT operations services
Manage service providers and internal teams to meet performance
expectations
Provide 24x7 on-call support and improve IT controls and
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related
field
Minimum of 5 years experience in IT operations management
Experience managing external IT service providers
Knowledge in endpoint engineering, including Intune and AWS
services
Ability to lead design activities and influence system
architecture
