Implementation Project Manager

Job summary

Implementation Project Manager is responsible for working with clients and internal stakeholders during software implementation. This position ensures that the implementation follows company guidelines and meets client expectations. This position requires that client meetings are held on schedule and that all required work is completed by company and client does their required testing. Once implementation is complete, follow up is required until there is an assurance that all processes set in place during implementation are being followed and everything is working as intended.

Summary of essential job functions

? Provide process ownership for company software implementations

? Gather client requirements for system setup and ensure set up is completed accurately and in a timely manner

? Work with internal stakeholders to guarantee that effective handoff to dedicated account executive is completed.

? Maintain exceptional verbal, written and other communications with clients and co-workers to ensure clients have great experiences with our company

Minimum requirements

? Minimum of 3 years project management experience

? Proven track record of success

? Knowledge and understanding of software as a service (SAAS) business model

Abilities required

? Outstanding communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal

? Strong computer skills including the Microsoft office suite and demonstrable computer literacy with internet based applications

? Understanding of basic insurance and employee benefits

? Strong and accurate analytical and mathematical skills

? Excellent client service instincts and judgment

? Attention to detail

? Ability to focus in an environment with constantly changing priorities
