Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. ServiceNOW developer with CSM experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM
Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using REST, SOAP, and other methods
Configure automated processes such as workflows, business rules, and scheduled jobs

Required Qualifications

9-10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNOW developer
Proficient in Customer Service Management, with experience in integration, customization, and configuration
Strong experience in ITSM and familiarity with HRSD
Experience in portal development using Angular, HTML, and CSS
Strong JavaScript skills and ServiceNow API experience, including REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs
