I/T Customer Service

Job Description:

Immediate need for Customer Support resolving basic to intermediate technical issues for customers primarily in Japan, and US based customers.



Requires strong command of both written and spoken English. Requires problem solving skills including logical analysis and technical troubleshooting. Individual should be customer focused, team oriented, highly self-motivated and willing to grow.




Fluency in both English and Japanese. Must be comfortable with business and technical subject matter in both writing and speaking ? Formal technical training in systems administration is strongly preferred with a basic knowledge of server administration required. ? Previous customer service experience required with proven track record of strong customer focus.



Additional Skills


? Strong verbal and written communication skills.


? Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.


? Familiarity with network architecture (e.g. DNS/BIND) is a plus.


? Familiarity or previous experience with Call Center / CRM Applications (Remedy, Siebel, Netcool etc.) is a plus.



?
