Job Description:

AppleOne is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for a commercial construction company located in the Sacramento area. To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5+ years? experience managing commercial construction projects (Ground ups, Tenant Improvements, and remodels.)

Candidates must possess strong communication skills the ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications. Responsibilities include taking a project from pre-construction through completion:

? Project scheduling, master scheduling & project time lines

? Budget tracking

? Tracking and management of personnel, vendors, subcontractors and suppliers

? Experience managing Restaurant projects is most preferred (Especially fast food).

? Understand multiple trade?s scope of work.

? Availability to work extended hours as required by project schedules or urgent circumstances.

? Computer literate (Microsoft programs & email).

? Ability to travel to construction sites during all phases of a project. (Travel throughout Nor Cal mostly.)

? Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Project)
