Job Title: Dialysis Technician Job Specialty: Dialysis Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10-hour days Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: California Dialysis Tech License required Certifications: BLS, Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) Must-Have: Availability for scheduling as-needed based on clinic needs and census Job Description: - Work in a dialysis clinic setting with a focus on post-acute care. - Operate and manage BBraun dialysis machines efficiently. - Care for a patient roster of 85 individuals using 24 machines. - Be flexible with scheduling as the clinic operates 6 days a week from 4:45 AM to 5:15 PM. - Maintain thorough and accurate documentation (charting system not specified). - No requirement for on-call or float duties. - Ensure compliance with all local and state dialysis regulations. - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
