Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Meat Associate Team Leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Meat Associate Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring exceptional store performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Develop Team Members: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, provide coaching and feedback, and support the growth and development of your team.
• Drive Sales Growth: Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Merchandise and Visual Display: Create visually appealing store layouts and product displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer needs and concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Team Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Requirements:
  • Experience: 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.
