Job Description:

Acra Lending is hiring for Account Executives in San Francisco, CA!This position will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2,500 upon successful completion of 90 days of employment.As an Account Executive at Acra Lending, you are responsible for developing a plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals.Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing.
• Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard.
• Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business.
• Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts.
• Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
• Other duties as assigned.Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent. Preferred but not required.
• High school diploma recipient.
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, Google, Bing, etc.
• Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skills.Credentials and Experience Required:
• Sales experience is required.
• Mortgage experience strongly preferred.
• Current and non-restricted driver's license and adequate car insurance.Based upon location, experience, education, and qualifications, AE's make a base of $24,840- $27,600 annually.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Move about the office (stand and walk).
• Reach with arms and grasp with hands.
• Perform tasks using a computer and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor).
• Hear, talk, read, and write.Employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds.Vision requirements include close vision (computer monitor, paperwork).* To perform the duties of this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform responsibilities and each essential duty satisfactorily.
