Will perform the following:

• Focus on the long-standing issues from the field & MFG, find the root cause and provide the solution for improvement
• Evaluate and feedback the field request and customer request to design team
• Make SOP/checklist to support the field service engineer
• Help analyze the data from field and troubleshoot the field issueRequirement:
• Masters with two years work experience or PhD in Electronics or Physics background
• Experience in semiconductor equipment preferred
• Able to understand electronic and mechanical design, interface with R&D engineers in a project-intensive environment
• Must be hands-on & willing to learn new knowledge through hands-on experience and project development
• Strong written communication skill in English
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
