Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Transformation Project Lead to
manage fraud solutions and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external
stakeholders to influence business decisions
Lead strategic improvements to enhance operational efficiency and
reduce fraud losses
Manage change initiatives and prioritize projects impacting
Enterprise Fraud Services
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a project role within the financial
services industry, preferably in fraud
Broad understanding of Fraud Operations
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Change Management Certification and/or OCM experience preferred
