Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Analyst responsible for
managing delinquent accounts and ensuring effective collections
while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of delinquent merchant accounts and negotiate
repayment terms
Track and analyze account performance, preparing reports on
collections status
Ensure compliance with company policies and collaborate with
internal teams on complex cases
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Servicing & Collections function at a
Fintech or financial institution
Prior experience in collections operations for SME products at a
bank or fintech
Self-starter mentality with a drive to improve collection
metrics
