We embrace a remote-friendly environment, and as part of this approach, we strategically distribute teams based on interests, expertise, and time zones to promote collaboration and flexibility.General skillsets and experiences we are always looking for:

• 5+ years of engineering experience running production infrastructure at a large scale
• Experience working with and supporting MLEs or data scientists
• Experience designing large, highly available distributed systems with Kubernetes, and GPU workloads on those clusters
• Experience in designing, deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting in complex Linux-based distributed computing environmentsSpecific profiles we are especially focused on - Storage Engineer:
  • Synchronized data between different cloud providers
  • Worked with distributed filesystems (such as Lustre, Weka, or Vast)
  • Built internal tooling to help large numbers of data engineers manage costs and data lifecycle optimizationSpecific profiles we are especially focused on - Analytics & Observability Engineer:
    • Have run analysis for technical teams, with a focus on metrics like compute utilization
    • Comfortable designing dashboards and reports for senior leadership
